Aligned Property Management didn’t start in a boardroom; it started in the same seat you’re sitting in now.
As rental property owners, we grew increasingly frustrated with the traditional management landscape. We saw a recurring pattern of hidden markups, misaligned incentives, and a “business as usual” approach that prioritized management revenue over owner returns.We realized that the industry wasn’t broken by accident—it was designed that way. Most companies profit from your expenses, not your success.
We knew there had to be a better way to protect and grow real estate assets, so we built it ourselves. We transitioned from frustrated investors to professional managers with a single goal: to create the management partner we always wished we had.

By reengineering the standard fee structure and operating our own at-cost maintenance subsidiary, we have shifted the focus from “collecting fees” to “optimizing assets.” The Aligned Model is our commitment to a fiduciary-grade standard, ensuring that every decision we make is measured against a single criterion: Is this in the best interest of the owner’s bottom line?
